Stroll in the Garden began with my learning how to eco print. Eco Printing creates (more or less perfect) prints of leaves, using the natural pigments, tannins, and acids present in leaves, by combining them with mordants, moisture, and heat on fabric.

I used these prints to create my drawings and collages.

It was during the creation of this series, that I realized that the majority of my work is my interpretation of looking up or looking down.

To create the plant forms for my painting, I made stencils.
